Newtech Quality Control Process
At Newtech-pipes, we maintain strict quality standards by selecting premium raw materials. Our formulation process uses a Korean-engineered fully automatic hot and cold turbo mixer with pneumatic and hydraulic control systems and automated extruder feeding. This advanced setup ensures consistent, homogeneous output for high-grade UPVC pipes while maintaining full safety compliance.
Our UPVC pipes are manufactured by skilled operators under the supervision of engineers, supported by the technical expertise of Pearl Mountain Co. Ltd. from Korea. We leverage the most modern compounding and extrusion technologies to ensure the highest standards in our products.
