Newtech Quality Control Process

At Newtech-pipes, we prioritize quality by sourcing the best raw materials. Our formulation process utilizes a Korean-made fully automatic hot and cold turbo mixer, featuring pneumatic and hydraulic control actuation and automatic feeding to extruders. This advanced technology ensures the production of homogeneous and high-quality raw materials, essential for creating our superior UPVC pipes without compromising safety.

Our UPVC pipes are manufactured by skilled operators under the supervision of engineers, supported by the technical expertise of Pearl Mountain Co. Ltd. from Korea. We leverage the most modern compounding and extrusion technologies to ensure the highest standards in our products.
